Soccer Star Aaron Ramsey Boosts Incentive for Missing Dog in Mexico to $Twenty Thousand Dollars
Wales football star Aaron Ramsey has raised the bounty for information concerning the missing pet named Halo to £15,000.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who now represents Pumas UNAM in the capital, stated that Halo was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato area.
Halo, who disappeared on October 9th, was wearing a dog tracker collar, and the footballer shared a map pinpoint of where she was last seen.
"Any updates about our Halo kindly contact us. Substantial incentive for locating her. We are all wishing she is unharmed and comes home to our family quickly," Ramsey shared on Instagram.
Earlier Bounty and Emotional Appeals
Ramsey first disclosed that his dog had vanished a fortnight back and has since uploaded numerous pictures of the adored pet on Instagram.
A £7.5k incentive was first announced, but with no news on Halo's whereabouts after a week, Ramsey and his loved ones doubled the sum.
"We just want our pet back," he stated in an additional plea on social media after the decade-old dog went missing.
The latest picture upload is a monochrome photo of the beagle napping, its head lying in the bend of Ramsey's arm, with the message: "How I wish to hold you again Halo."
Family's Worries and Context
Ramsey has also circulated a statement from his spouse Colleen on online channels saying they have several "pressing queries" surrounding the disappearance and worry the household "might not get clarity".
"We have yet to haven't found Halo. I don't think we will," the spouse's post stated.
The Welsh leader became part of Mexican premier club Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and had his debut in the Mexican league in August.
The Caerphilly-born athlete is the initial well-known British player to participate in the Liga MX.
